Create and support an innovative system of academy projects and performance contracts for better management of the education system

The project

CAYAMBE is called upon by a country’s Ministry of Education to support the deployment of academy projects and the implementation of performance contracts. These services are financed within the framework of a program supported by the Agence Française de Développement as the Global Partnership for Education’s representative. Cayambe’s mission is to structure and support the development of a dynamic national system for drafting and implementing a “new generation” of Academy Projects and Performance Contracts.

Design of simplified summary tables of priority performance indicators
Assistance in finalizing and signing performance contracts
Support for local players in academies to monitor contractualization and management dialogue
Setting up monitoring and evaluation mechanisms
